We’re looking for a Technical Records Analyst (Aviation) to join our team at Veryon! As an TRA, responsible for managing and updating aircraft records in the Veryon Tracking platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accuracy and completeness of information.
Objective 1: Within your first 30 days, you will develop a deep understanding of the Veryon Tracking platform, Services & Operations departments, and Veryon customer objectives.
Objective 3: Over the next 6 months, you’ll increase productivity and knowledge within the team while closely working with QA department.
This individual should be solutions-driven and be comfortable identifying problems and solving them with urgency. This individual should have a proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Detail-Oriented: The TRA will be responsible for monitoring and applying maintenance compliance updates on cases received by the operator. The right person for this job has high attention to detail. They can retain information and focus closely on each task at hand to ensure the utmost efficiency. This person has an eagerness to maintain accuracy while effectively prioritizing.
Time Management: The TRA will be responsible for maintaining their queue and schedule. They must excel at planning, executing, and updating all compliance records on or before deadlines. The best TRA will be exceptionally well at prioritizing their schedule to make certain all cases assigned are in a “needs review” state before the end of their day.
Interpersonal Skills: Success in this role requires excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail. You must thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven history of delivering top ties customer service. A successful candidate is a team player who has a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency for their work.

What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives |
Objective 1: Within your first 30 days, you will develop a deep understanding of the Veryon Tracking platform, Services & Operations departments, and Veryon customer objectives.
- Successfully complete training on Veryon Tracking platform functionalities and compliance requirements.
- Review and familiarize yourself with existing aircraft records and documentation.
- Begin updating and organizing records in the Veryon Tracking platform, focusing on accuracy and completeness.
- Develop a strong understanding of the overall objective of the department.
- Ensure that any recorded maintenance on aircraft is entered into the maintenance management system accurately as provided by the customer base.
- Perform validation of flight logs. Ensures the times recorded on the flight logs are accurately updated.
- Uphold Veryon’s reputation of providing world-class customer support through Tier turn times.
- Provide training and support to team members on technical record-keeping best practices and the use of the Veryon Tracking platform.
- Ensure that recorded maintenance compliance on aircraft is entered into the computer maintenance tracking system with accuracy above 95%
- Adopt a data-driven approach to make decisions, analyze issues, and develop solutions.
Objective 3: Over the next 6 months, you’ll increase productivity and knowledge within the team while closely working with QA department.
- Monitor and manage maintenance compliance and customer service to meet established service levels.
- Continued processing of Tier 3-5 maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Advocate for customers by capturing, acting on customer feedback, and escalating to management when needed.
- Serve as support for various projects that will drive efficiencies, operational scale, and process enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in managing technical records.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Data Quality, to streamline data flow and ensure data integrity.
